The Easter Vigil at St. Tudno’s Church began at 5.30 am with lighting the new Paschal Candle from a new fire. The service continued in the church with the Vigil readings by candlelight. Water was blessed at the font for renewal of Baptismal vows and the service concluded with the first Eucharist of Easter. After the service the Friends of St. Tudno’s Church served a breakfast of bacon baps, which many enjoyed outside, while watching the beautiful sunrise.
