Two services were held at St.
Tudno's on 23
December. As in the previous year, both services were well
attended,
with 135 people at the 3.00 pm
service and 110 at the 5.00 pm service. The photo below was taken

"Glory
be to God for Dappled Things" 2007
On Sunday 29 July there was an
afternoon service to celebrate God's natural world on the Great
Orme. The title of the service was taken from Gerald Manley
Hopkins' poem "Pied Beauty" and the service included hymns, readings
and prayers on four themes:
God's diversity to delight us,
God's wondrous art surrounding us,
God's beauty here to inspire us,
God's natural world calling us to praise.
Patronal Festival & Chalice Celebration
2007
There were Eucharist services to
celebrate St. Tudno's Patronal Festival on 5 June and the "birthday" of
the chalice on 7 June.
The
second service was in the afternoon
and was followed by tea and cakes in the church grounds, as shown
below.

Miss.
Sheila Crosby
We gave thanks for the life of
one of our previous sub-wardens, Miss. Sheila Crosby, who died
peacefully on 6 February 2007. Sheila loved and cared for St.
Tudno's for many years and taught us all so much in so many different
ways. She will be missed by all who attend St. Tudno's.
Sheila's funeral service was held in Holy Trinity Church on Friday
16 February and her ashes were buried at St. Tudno's on Thursday 7
June.
May she rest in peace
and rise in
glory.
