Eucharist for Lent group

During Lent 2017 there were weekly services of Compline held jointly with Aberconwy Mission Area. The services were followed by discussions reflecting on the Eucharist. On Wednesday 26 April a Eucharist service was held for those who had attended the Lent group and the Eucharist was concelebrated by the priests present.

Palm Sunday, 9 April, 10.30 am – Eucharist including procession with donkey.

 

Tuesday 11 April, 7.30 pm – Stations of the Cross and Table Eucharist.

Mothering Sunday

Mothering Sunday was celebrated at both churches on 26 March. At St. Tudno’s the ladies each received a small bouquet of daffodils at the end of the service.

Floodlights at Holy Trinity

On Thursday 16 February 2017 the new floodlights at Holy Trinity were switched on. Charity presentations

On 8 February 2017 presentations were made to three local charities: Ty Gobaith Children’s Hospice, St. David’s Hospice and 418 Aberconwy Squadron Air Training Corps. Each charity received one third of the car park takings from the week before Christmas 2016 – one of the busiest weeks of the year.
